This is not a fact. Merely an interesting rumour which may in fact turn out to be utter bullshit, however, until it is confirmed or debunked, I think it is important to mention it.
To bring you up to speed, a couple of weeks ago, an interesting development took place in the Human Centipede camp.
With HC3 pushing into production, news escaped that Dieter Laser, who was due to reprise his role as the villainous Dr. Heiter in the third installment of the poopy body horror series, had backed out of the project due to a difference of opinion between himself and director Tom Six, forcing the shoot to be delayed.
This has apparently resulted in legal proceedings being levied against Laser by Six Entertainment.
Now, in a wholly unsubstantiated article, Best Movies Ever are reporting that genre favourite Udo Kier (House On Straw Hill, The Theatre Bizarre, Suspiria) may be the man that Six wishes to step into the void left by Laser.
Six has hinted that part 3 will be even more repulsive than the second and that the “centipede” will consist of 500+ “segments”. Laurence R. Harvey will reprise his role as grotesque deviant Martin and Six himself will appear in an as yet unconfirmed role.
As I mentioned, it’s still unclear as to whether this is a fact, but I think it could be a shrewd display of casting savvy by Six.
