1941. Perennial screen villain Jurgen Prochnow who has starred in a glut of horror movies including: Dark Asylum, Ripper, Primeval, House of the Dead, In the Mouth of Madness and The Seventh Sign.
1965 sees the birth of English actress Liz Hurley. Not noted for her horror turns, Hurley featured in 2000′s Bedazzled as The Devil, Dead Even with Method Man; and will be seen in the horror/western mash-up High Midnight as the vampire queen Dallinferno.
1989. Tales from the Crypt starts its run on HBO. The show ran for 7 seasons and 93 episodes with guest stars such as: Daniel Craig, Malcolm McDowell, John Lithgow, Ewan McGregor, Tim Roth, Benicio del Toro and many others!
