1922. John Bromfield is born. A popular leading man in many B-movies, Bromfield has starred in horror offerings such as: Revenge of the Creature and Curucu, Beast of the Amazon.
1945. Adrienne Barbeau is born. Barbeau’s Scream Queen credentials are impeccable, with turns in such genre films as: Creepshow, The Convent, Two Evil Eyes, The Darker Side of Terror, Unholy, a guest role in TV’s Dexter; and perhaps her best known horror role, as DJ Stevie Wayne in John Carpenter’s The Fog.
1978 sees the birth of Joshua Jackson. Although not the first name that springs to mind when considering genre actors, Jackson ahs starred in: Scream 2, Urban Legend Shutter, Cursed and the kooky X Files-esque TV series Fringe.
