1946. Scots actor Brian Cox is born. Noted for his roles in such films as Braveheart, Troy and the Bourne films, Cox has contributed to the genre through roles in films such as: The Ring, Trick ‘r Treat; and memorably, as Dr Hannibal Lecktor in Michael Mann’s Manhunter.
1977 sees the birth of Andrea Bogart who has starred in genre films: Dark Ride, Greed, Dark Wolf and horror anthology Nite Tales with Flava Flav.
1977 also sees the birth of popular scream queen Danielle Harris. Known for her work within the genre, Harris has starred in horror films such as: Urban Legend, Left for Dead, Blood Night, Hatchet II, Stakeland, Halloween 4 and 5; and Rob Zombie’s Halloween and Halloween II.
