I am sure that there are many of you out there who simply cannot wait for the littlest titbit of news on Ghostbusters III.
You know, that little sliver of hope that all is well in the GB fire station and that all of the past hurdles placed in the way of the film’s development, not to mention Bill Murray’s well documented diva-esque posturing, have been overcome and that Sony Pictures will finally press on with the long-mooted third installment in the series?
News on the third film has been…lame…to say the least.
Now, Variety are reporting that Sony have tapped the services of Men In Black III and Tropic Thunder writer Etan Cohen to re-write the script for GBIII.
Ghostbusters III is expected to find original cast members Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Bill Murray (maybe) passing the torch to a new generation of Ghostbusters.
