1926. Fred Gwynne is born. Gwynne starred in Stephen King’s Pet Sematary. However, he will always be fondly remembered as Herman in the ever-popular TV series from the 60′s, The Munsters.
1972 sees the birth of Sofia Vergara. Perhaps best known for her recurring role in the popular TV series Modern Family, Vergara will be seen in the upcoming Machete Kills with Danny Trejo.
1972 also sees the birth of Peter Serafinowicz. This busy British actor has contributed to the genre through his roles in Shaun of the Dead and Edgar Wright’s DON’T! segment of Grindhouse; but is infamous as the voice of Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode 1- The Phantom Menace.
