1910 marks the birth of Gloria Stuart who starred in genre films such as: The Old Dark House, The Invisible Man and It’s Great to Be Alive. However, more mainstream audiences will recognise her from one of her last roles, that of the elderly Rose Calvert in James Cameron’s Titanic.
1946. Ed O’Ross is born. Noted for his vallainous roles in films like Red Heat, O’Ross has starred in horror films such as: The Hidden, The Unknown Trilogy and will be seen in upcoming flick Sorority Party Massacre.
2001 sees the US theatrical release of Scary Movie 2.
