1950. Scream Queen Marilyn Burns is born. Burns has starred in genre films such as: Boneboys, Future-Kill, Death Trap and Kiss Daddy Goodbye. She is also noted for having starred in the original The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre; and will be seen in Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D.
2003 sees the Japanese premiere of Battle Royale II: Requiem.
2007 marks the passing of Kerwin Mathews. Famous for having starred in Jack The Giant Killer and The 7th Voyage of Sinbad, Mathews starred in horror films such as: The Boy Who Cried Werewolf and Nightmare in Blood.
