This year’s big Halloween movie is a bit of an odd choice, if I’m honest.
With both Sinister and Paranormal Activity 4 set to release in October, it instead falls to Michael J. Bassett’s Silent Hill: Revelation 3D to help us celebrate the season.
Will it fare better than its predecessor which pretty firmly walked the middle ground? Time will tell.
While we wait the few short weeks until its release, here’s a look at the latest teaser poster which will be instantly recognisable to fans of the first film and the video game series.
Personally, I preferred the sewn-up face poster…
The synopsis is as follows,
For years, Heather Mason and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn’t fully understand. Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by terrifying nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she’s not who she thinks she is.
The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in Silent Hill forever.
Adelaide Clemens (Vampire, Camilla Dickinson) plays Heather Mason and heads a cast which includes the returning Radha Mitchell, Deborah Kara Unger and Sean Bean alongside Malcolm McDowell, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Kit Harington (Game Of Thrones).
