Something happened today that made me realise that it has been a while since we last checked in to see what was happening with director SJ Evans’ Dead Of The Nite.
We covered it extensively, even making the trip to Cardiff to interview leading man Tony Todd and then, nothing. All went quiet.
So what happened today? Well, director Evans took to his Facebook to post a link to the latest teaser trailer. Clearly things are still moving along but just what stage is the film at?
We went right to the source and asked SJ himself, who had this to say,
The film is about 5 weeks from finally getting completed. We have the excellent Belgium composer Robin Scott-Fleming finalising the score and Chris Crow, director of Panic Button, doing the grade so the finish line is finally in sight!
So there you have it!
The synopsis is as follows, When a group of ghost hunters investigate the infamous Jericho Manor, they soon realise it’s not just ghosts that go bump in the night! As the team start getting slaughtered, the survivors need to discover who or what’s killing them before it’s too late.
Besides Todd, Dead Of The Nite also stars Joseph Millson, Claudio Pacifico, Paul Fox, Gary Mavers and also features a cameo turn from Scream Queen, Suzi Lorraine (Won Ton Baby, Bikini Girls on Ice).
